RRB NTPC Nationality 2024

Candidates who are citizens of India can apply for the RRB NTPC 2024. The other eligible criteria for nationality are as follows:

  1. Candidates can also be a subject of Bhutan or Nepal.
  2. Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, to settle permanently, are also eligible.
  3. Individuals of Indian origin who have migrated from Burma, Pakistan, East African countries of Uganda, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to settle permanently in India are also eligible.

RRB NTPC Age Limit 2024

The minimum age limit for the RRB NTPC is 18 years. The qualification-wise RRB NTPC age limit is discussed below.

Undergraduate Level Posts:

  1. Age Group: 18-30 Years
  2. UR (General): Between July 2, 1989, and July 1, 2001
  3. OBC-Non Creamy Layer: Between July 2, 1986, and July 1, 2001
  4. SC/ST: Between July 2, 1984, and July 1, 2001

Graduate Level Posts:

  1. Age Group: 18-33 Years
  2. UR (General): Between July 2, 1986, and July 1, 2001
  3. OBC-Non Creamy Layer: Between July 2, 1983, and July 1, 2001
  4. SC/ST: Between July 2, 1981, and July 1, 2001

Age Relaxation for Various Categories:

  1. SC/ST Category: 5 Years
  2. OBC Category: 3 Years

PWD (Persons with Disabilities) Category:

  1. UR: 10 Years
  2. OBC: 13 Years
  3. SC/ST: 15 Years

Ex-Serviceman Category:

  1. UR: 30 years plus the number of years of service in Defence plus 3 years
  2. SC/ST: 35 years plus the number of years of service in Defence plus 3 years
  3. OBC: 33 years plus the number of years of service in Defence plus 3 years.

Domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir (1980-1989):

  1. UR: 35 Years
  2. OBC: 38 Years
  3. SC/ST: 40 Years

Casual Labour, Group C, and Group D Staff in Indian Railways (Minimum 3 Years of Service):

  1. UR: 40 Years
  2. OBC: 43 Years
  3. SC/ST: 45 Years

Working in Quasi-Administrative Offices of Railway Organizations:

  1. UR: 30 years plus the length of service or 5 years, whichever is lower
  2. OBC: 33 years plus the length of service or 5 years, whichever is lower
  3. SC/ST: 35 years plus the length of service or 5 years, whichever is lower

Women (Widows, Divorced, or Judicially Separated but not Remarried):

  • UR: 35 Years
  • OBC: 38 Years
  • SC/ST: 40 Years
