Candidates can check the basic and essential requirements as prescribed by IBPS for the Clerk/Customer Service Associate post:
Nationality
A candidate must be one of the following:
- A Citizen of India, or
- A Subject of Nepal, or
- A Subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma (Myanmar), Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
