The LIC HFL Junior Assistant basic salary starts from Rs. 20,000 and additional allowances and benefits are paid to the employees. The gross monthly salary ranges from Rs. 35,000 to 32,000 and after necessary deductions like PF and mediclaim, the in-hand monthly ranges from Rs. 30,000 to 30,000 depending on the location/city.
