Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for age, education, and nationality can follow the steps below to complete the online application process correctly. Here’s how to apply online for IBPS Clerk 2026:

Step 1: Visit the official website @ibps.in and Click Here to Apply Online for IBPS CRP CSA XVI

Step 2: Click on the “Click Here for New Registration” tab, and candidates should enter their Mobile Numbers, Email IDs, and other details to register for the exam.

Step 3: Candidates have to fill in the form for Personal Information, such as Name, Father’s Name, Email ID, Nationality, Mobile Number, Qualifications, etc. After filling in all information correctly, click on ‘I Agree’ to declare that the information entered is authentic. 

Step 4: In the next phase, you have to upload a passport-size photograph, A signature, a Left Thumb Impression, and a scanned copy of the IBPS Clerk’s Handwritten Declaration

Step 5: In the next step, you have to select pre-exam training centres for the Pre-Exam Training and the participating bank where they will be recruited.

Step 6: Candidates must remember that no further changes can be made to the preference list once the form is submitted.

Step 7: Pay the online fees via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, Cash Card, and Mobile Wallets. The fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Candidates must write a declaration stating their name and confirming their commitment to present the required documents during the IBPS document verification process. The exact text to be written, in the candidate’s own handwriting using a black pen on plain white paper, is provided below.

Items required for IBPS Clerk Online Registration

The following are the IBPS Clerk 2026 application documents required for registration-

• Valid Mobile Number: Make sure you have a phone number that is working and that you can use to receive messages and calls.
• Active Email Address: Use an email address that you check regularly because important information will be sent there.
• Photograph of the Candidate: You need to provide a passport-size photo of yourself. This is a small photo usually used for official documents.
• Candidate Signature: You must have a scanned image of your signature. This means you sign on paper and then take a clear digital copy of it.
• Left Thumb Impression: You need to give an impression of your left thumb on paper. This is often done on official forms as identity proof.
