It is a document issued by any educational institute to a student when he/she wants to transfer from the institute. It contains the details of the student, with a declaration by the institute about the fee clearance.

It will be a burden for the child and if she’s late she will be the rule breaker.

Application for TC from School/College: Tips

Writing an application is an easy task just like writing a letter but in a formal way. You can apply TC in letter form or you can Mail it too. Since a letter is more formal than mail, people use the letter as the best form of documentation for official use.

Here are some tips for you to improve your writing-

Reason for applying- Write the reason without adding extra words or spices to it. The clear you write the more it is easy for the receiver to understand and implement the request.
Write precisely, do not over exaggerate the issue else it will look more like a story than an application.
relevant details-It is important to mention the basic details like the name of the student, date, address, class, etc.
Documents required- Add relevant documents for the reference of the receiver.
Language- Use formal and polite language while writing the article.
Date of issue- If possible mention the date, which will be the last day of the student in the institute.
