The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Office Assistant (Clerk), Officer Scale I (PO), II, and III in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) of India. Candidates within the age limit of 18-30 years can apply for the post suitable as per their qualification. For the FY 2025-26, the IBPS RRB Apply Online 2025 is expected to start in 1st week of June 2025 on the official website at @ibps.in. IBPS RRB Apply Online 2025
The IBPS is set to release the official notification for IBPS RRB 2025 and recruitment drive aims to hire eligible candidates for thousands of positions for PO, Clerk, and Officer Scale 2 and 5. The online application includes multiple stages such as Registration Process, Online form fill up, Application fee payment, and uploading of photo, signature, hand-written declaration, and Thumb impressions. The whole process is online and there is no offline application process.

IBPS RRB Application Form 2025 Link
The IBPS RRB Application Form 2025 will available on the official website of IBPS soon and the last date to apply will be notified. Candidates need to register with their phone number and e-mail id. A unique login ID and Password will be provided for use throughout the recruitment cycle. After that, the candidates can fill out the IBPS RRB Application form.
Candidates are required to upload the passport photo, scanned signature, handwritten declaration, and thumbprint in the prescribed sizes and format.

How To Apply Online For IBPS RRB Exam 2025?
The candidates who are eligible for Officer Scale I, II, & III and Office Assistant posts can follow the steps mentioned below to apply for the IBPS RRB 2025. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited, therefore fill it out carefully.
Part I: REGISTRATION
- Visit the official website @ibps.in or click on the direct link given below.
- Click on the advertisement “Recruitment of RRB Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II & III, and Officer Assistants”.
- On the new page, the candidate needs to select “Click here for New Registration”.
- Candidates need to provide personal details like name, parents’ name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc.
- On successful submission of the registration form, a Registration ID and Password will be sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail.
Part II: LOG IN
- Candidates need to log in with the issued Registration number and Password to complete the application process.
- The next step is to upload the Photograph and Signature in the prescribed format.
- On the next page, candidates need to fill in their educational details.
- Candidates can choose the exam centre at their convenience.
- Preview the application form once verify all the details entered and click on the submit button.
- After filling in every detail and submitting the form the candidates will be redirected to the application fees payment gateway.
- Candidates can pay the application fees via online mode or offline mode.
- After the successful payment take the print of the submitted form for future reference.

- Click on the “Forgot Password” on the right side of the screen.
- On the new page, enter the Registration Number and registered Mobile Number or Email ID.

IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria 2025
Check the IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria before applying for recruitment. The candidates should hold the minimum required qualification as mentioned in the below table from a recognized University/Board. Check the academic qualifications and experience required to apply for18- the posts released by Regional Rural Banks in India from the table below.
Candidates applying for various posts in the IBPS RRB must meet specific age criteria. For Officer Scale-III, candidates should be between 21 and 40 years old. For Officer Scale-II, the age requirement is between 21 and 32 years old. For Officer Scale-I, candidates should be between 18 and 30 years old. Similarly, for the position of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), candidates should also be between 18 and 30 years old.
