Candidates applying for AAICLAS Recruitment 2026 must fulfil the required educational qualification, age limit, and language proficiency criteria specified for each post.

AAICLAS Selection Process 2026

The selection process for both Security Screener and Assistant (Security) posts will begin with shortlisting candidates based on their academic marks. For the Security Screener post, graduation marks will be considered, while for the Assistant (Security) post, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their Class 12th marks.

Candidates shortlisted in the first stage will be invited for an online interaction or interview. The final merit list will be prepared according to the candidate’s performance in the interview and overall eligibility conditions. However, participation in the recruitment process does not guarantee final selection.

Initially, selected freshers will receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month during training. After successful completion of all mandatory certifications, candidates will receive the following consolidated remuneration:
