- Passed Intermediate (10+2) with Biology or an equivalent examination recognized by the government.
- Possess a two-year Diploma in Livestock Extension from a recognized Veterinary University/College.
Preferential Qualification

- Have served in the Territorial Army for at least two years.
- Hold an NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
- Have served continuously for five years as a Veterinary Dresser (Class I & II) in the Remount Veterinary Corps and have passed High School with Science or Agriculture.
