GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024: Registration, Know Exam Date, Pattern

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) will begin the GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 registration from 31 January 2024 onwards. The GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 application form will be made available online on the official website of TERI. The dates for the GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 have been released by the University Grants Commission (UGC). GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024

The GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 application process will begin on 31 January 2024. Candidates will be able to register for the GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 from that day onwards. The Ministry of Education (MoE), the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEFCC), and the University Grants Commission (UGC) all endorse the GO4 Youth Olympiad, which is organized by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI).

The GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 is being implemented to raise about the environment concerns around the globe. In order to equip students with the knowledge and abilities necessary to tackle complex environmental issues, the Supreme Court previously ordered the mandatory implementation of environmental studies at the undergraduate level as well as the continued integration of environmental education into curriculum as part of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

GO4 Youth Olympiad Overview

The GO4 Youth stands for the Green Olympiad for Youth. It is a yearly multiple-choice question test that assesses students’ environmental awareness, behavior, and aptitude. GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 Registration

The UGC has released the official registration dates for the GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024. The GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 registration will begin on 31 January 2024. The GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 registration will continue around a month. The Green Olympiad for Youth application form 2024 can be filled up to the last week of February 2024. GO4 Youth Olympiad Exam Date 2024

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the exam date for the GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024. The GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 exam will take place from 8 April 2024 onwards. The UGC will conduct the GO4 Youth Olympiad exam 2024 up to 12 April in online mode. In other words, the UGC will organize the Green Olympiad for Youth 2024 exam from 8 April to 12 April 2024. The exam date is tentative and the final date with time slots will be communicated to students after the registration.

GO4 Youth Exam 2024 Registration Fee

The registration fees for the Green Olympiad for Youth for the Indian candidates is Rs. 160. As per the UGC official notification, “Your university’s active involvement in the GO4 Youth Olympiad will undoubtedly enhance the academic experience of the students and reinforce your institution’s commitment to producing environmentally conscious and socially responsible graduates”.

TERI Green Olympiad for Youth 2024 Age Limit

The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) allow only certain age bracket individuals to apply for the exam. There is an age limit prescribed by the GO4 Youth Olympiad by the TERI for India. The lower age limit to apply for the GO4 Youth Olympiad is 18 years while the upper age limit is 25 years. There is no age relaxation provided by the UGC for any category of students.

TERI Green Olympiad 2024 Eligibility

TERI has laid out a proper eligibility criteria to apply for the GO4 Youth Olympiad. There is two main eligibility criteria that students must fulfill to apply for the Green Olympiad for Youth exam 2024. The eligibility criteria is given below.

• The candidate should be in the age bracket of 18 years to 25 years
• The candidate must be enrolled in a Higher Education Institution (HEIs) in India

As per the official notification of the UGC, “The GO4Youth Olympiad, a distinctive interdisciplinary program tailored for students aged l8-25 years in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across India is scheduled to take place online from April 8 to 12, 2024. It is designed to create awareness focusing on environmental and sustainability issues.”

GO4 Youth Olympiad 2024 Exam Pattern

The GO4 Youth Olympiad exam 2024 will be conducted in online mode on a laptop or desktop. The exam will consist only objective-type questions (Multiple Choice Questions). The exam will be held for 1 hour (60 minutes). The GO4 Youth 2024 exam will contain a total of 50 questions to be solved in the given time limit.
