AWEIL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process consists of shortlisting of candidates followed by a personal interview. Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:10 (10 candidates for each vacancy) based on the criteria prescribed for each post. The final merit list will be prepared based on their performance in the interview.

AWEIL Recruitment 2026 Salary

Selected candidates will receive an attractive consolidated monthly salary along with annual increments. No additional allowances will be admissible apart from the prescribed remuneration, as provided below:

Annual Increment: 10% every year based on contract terms.

Selected candidates may be posted at the AWEIL Corporate Headquarters or any of its manufacturing units across India. The posting locations include:
