How to fill out the NEET UG Registration 2026 Form?

The step-by-step process to fill out the NEET Exam 2026 form is described below.

Step 1: Visit the NTA NEET official website i.e. neet.nta.nic.in

Step 2: Click the “New Candidate Register Here” option and read the instructions.

Step 3: Click ‘New Registration’ and read the instructions.

Step 4: Choose an identification type from Aadhaar Card, Digilocker ID, Academic Bank of Credits (ABC ID), Passport (Indian and non-Indian), and PAN Card. It should be noted that the Identity Type must be selected at the start of the registration procedure.

Step 5: Enter the following information on the NEET UG application form 2026:

• Candidate’s name
• Names of mother and father
• Date of birth,
• Category, gender, and nationality.
• Persons with disabilities
• Identification details include the type of document and the number
• Valid Mobile Number and your email ID, password, and security pin.

After successful submission of the personal details, the generated application number should be kept safe as it will be used to complete the remaining steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. • Postcard Size: A recent photograph (not older than three months), 4″x6″, 10-200 KB, JPG/JPEG

• Scanned signature: black ink on white background, 4-30 KB, JPG/JPEG format.
  Biometric Data
• Impression of left and right fingers and thumb on white paper with blue ink, 10-200 KB, JPG/JPEG.
