RBI Assistant Selection Process 2026
- Preliminary Examination: Qualifying in nature; marks are not counted in the final merit.
- Main Examination: Merit-based; marks from this stage are used for final selection.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates must demonstrate working knowledge of the local language of the state they applied for.
Important: There is no Personal Interview for RBI Assistant recruitment. Final selection is based on performance in the Main Examination, subject to qualifying the LPT.
