The Railway Recruitment Board is accepting online applications for the Undergraduate level posts under RRB NTPC, with a total of 3058 vacancies to be filled this year. The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages, and only candidates who successfully submit their application forms will be allowed to participate. Since today, 4th December is the final day to apply online, candidates who have not yet completed their application must do so immediately. No extensions will be provided to those who miss the deadline.

Steps to fill out the RRB NTPC UG Application Form 2025

By following the simple steps, you can fill out the NTPC Application form:

1. Go to the official website of RRB at www.rrbapply.gov.in or use the direct link shared above.
2. Now, on the homepage, click on the Apply button and then “Create an Account”. Those who have already registered can directly log in and start filling out the application form.
3. Now, make your registration (if not done), by entering all the required details such as Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.
4. Carefully check all the details and then submit the registration form.
5. A Registration Number and Password will be sent to you via your registered Phone number and Email ID.
6. Log in with the same ID, and you can proceed with the NTPC UG Application Form.
7. Now, enter details like educational qualifications, category (UR/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS), gender, religion, Ex-Serviceman status, PwBD details, minority status, economically backward class status, etc., to complete part I of the application form.
8. In Part II, candidates need to choose their post preferences and language options.
9. Now, uplaod signature and photograph in the required dimensions.
10. Pay the application fee (as applicable) and submit the application form.
11. Upon successful completion, take a printout of the application form and the fee receipt.

Documents Required for Online Form

Candidates must keep essential documents such as their identity proof, photograph, Caste Certificate (SC/ST), and signature ready before filling out the online form. All documents should be uploaded in the prescribed format provided below to avoid application rejection.

Payment of the application fee is mandatory for all candidates applying for the Undergraduate posts. The fee can be submitted online using digital options such as UPI, debit card, credit card, or other available electronic payment methods.

RRB NTPC Undergraduate Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years, as of 1 January 2026.
