JK Police PET (Physical Endurance Test) Qualification

The Physical Efficiency Test for JK Police Constable Recruitment 2026 consists of a Long race, Pushups, and shotput.

1. Long Race for Male = 1600 meters in 6 ½ minutes
2. Long Race for Females = 1000 meters in 6 ½ minutes
3. Pushups (only for male candidates) = 20 (on the cycle of up and download to be counted as one)
4. Shot Put (4 Kgs) = 14 ½ feet in 3 attempts
