OSSC CGL Exam Pattern 2026
The OSSC CGLRE Specialist-2025 Exam will be conducted in multiple stages, including Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination, and Certificate Verification. The Preliminary Exam consists of 150 objective-type questions for 150 marks with a duration of 150 minutes and negative marking of 0.25 marks. The Main Written Examination carries 200 marks with 100 MCQ-based questions and a negative marking of 0.5 marks for each wrong answer.
OSSC CGL Exam Pattern for Prelims Exam
- 150 Objective Type will be asked in the OSSC CGL Exam.
- Each swaal carries 1 mark.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- The preliminary exam will be conducted in online mode.
- Questions asked will be of 10th-grade level.
- The duration for the OSSC CGL Prelims Exam will be 2.5 hours.
OSSC CGL Exam Pattern for Mains Exam
- There will be 2 papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) for the OSSC CGL Mains Exam.
- Objective-type and short answer-type will be asked in Paper 1 & Paper 2.
- Each paper will be 100 marks, and the total marks will be 200.
- The time duration for the OSSC CGL Mains Exam will be 2.5 hours.
