The final merit list will be prepared completely on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Computer-Based Test (CBT). The merit score will be calculated using the following criteria:

- Actual marks obtained in the English section
Tie-Breaking Criteria
In case two or more candidates secure the same marks, the tie will be resolved using the following criteria:
- Older candidates will be given preference

Haryana Court Clerk Salary
The Haryana Court Clerk Recruitment 2026 offers a salary as per the pay scale fixed by the Haryana Government for clerical posts in District Courts.
