ESM (Ex-Servicemen) Rule Update
- The reservation policy for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) has been revised in accordance with the Haryana Government instructions issued on 25.05.2026.
- Ex-servicemen who have already secured civil employment (including PSUs, autonomous bodies, nationalized banks, etc.) under the ESM reservation quota will not be eligible to claim the reservation again.
- All eligible ESM candidates must upload the Annexure-A Undertaking while submitting the online application form.
Eligible under new instructions (25.05.2026) → No need to reapply, but will be governed by the new rules and must submit the undertaking when directed.
Not eligible under new instructions → Application will be rejected, and the fee will be refunded upon submitting a request with application details & bank information.

In case two or more candidates secure the same marks, the tie will be resolved using the following criteria:
- Older candidates will be given preference
