UP Board Exam Date 2025
Every year Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Sikhsha Parishad (UPMSP) is responsible for releasing the UP Board Exam date sheet as well as the smooth conduction of the Class 12 and Class 10 board Exams. More than 25 lakhs of students from classes 10th & 12th collectively appeared for this exam.
It is to inform all the students that the Uttar Pradesh Board earlier issued an academic calendar for the 2024-2025 academic year in all UP Board-affiliated schools. According to this academic calendar, the UP Board Exam dates for practical exams are scheduled from January 21 to February 5, 2025, however, the UPMSP Exam dates for the theoretical exams will fail in the month of February 2025. The complete UP Board Time Table 2025 Class 10th and 12th will be disclosed two months before the start of the board exams.
UPMSP Board Exam Date 2025: Highlights
The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is expected to release the UPMSP Exam dates for Class 12 & 10 theoretical tests in November 2024 (tentatively), but it has already released the 12th Class practical exam dates along with the academic calendar for 2024-25.
The UP Board Class 12 examinations 2025 are likely to take place between February and March 2025.The UP Board Exams will take place for three hours and fifteen minutes. Last year, the UP Board timetable was issued on December 7th. Last year, the board held the UP Class 10 and 12th exams from February 22 to March 9, 2024. On the other hand, the UP Board practical exams 2024 took place from January 25 to February 9, 2024.

The UP Board 12th Time Table 2025 will be released for all three streams (Science, Arts & commerce) altogether through an official notification. UP Board Exam Date 2025 Class 12 Science Practicals
According to the academic calendar, UPMSP has also declared the practical exam dates for Classes 10 and 12. As per the calendar, the practical exams for UP Board will take place from January 21 to February 5, 2025. Students can contact their individual school authorities for details on the exact up board exam dates of the practical exams.
UPMSP Class 12, 10 practical exams are expected to be conducted in two rounds to ensure a smooth and fair examination procedure. The table below lists the divisions and UP board exam dates for 2025 Class 12 and 10 for practicals.

UP Board Examination Timings
The UPMSP Education Board will mention the UP Board Exam Timings in the notification of the exam date sheets. However, it is expected that the UP board Exam 2025 will be held in two shifts: morning and evening. UP Board Exams will last 3 hours and 15 minutes. The UPMSP morning shift tests will be held from 8 a.m. to 11:15 a.m., and the evening shift exams from 2 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. Students must arrive at the exam center before the reporting time to minimize last-minute rush.
UP Board Class 10 & 12 Exam Guidelines
Students should follow the board’s exam day requirements strictly which will be mentioned on the admit card as well as in the timetable notification pdf. Read on to learn about the following exam day guidelines:
- To minimize last-minute rush and stress, arrive at the exam center at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- Carry your UPMSP 10th or UP board 12th admit card on each exam day, as it is necessary.
- Electronic devices and gadgets are not permitted in the examination hall.
- Carry the appropriate stationery for writing the exam.
- Before beginning the exam, review the instructions on the question paper and answer booklet.
- Comply with the examination center’s norms and regulations. Avoid malpractice as it can lead to significant repercussions.
- Follow the invigilator’s instructions and leave only after submitting the answer script.
