Bachelor of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry (B.VSc. & A.H.) Veterinary Science is a branch of medical science that deals with the medical application & diagnostic and therapeutic principles to various types of animals. Bachelor of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry (B.VSc. & A.H.) is a UG degree course with a Course duration of 5.6 years.

Bachelor of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry BVSc- Application Form

  • Registration: Registration dates are announced 4-5 weeks prior by the institute.
  • Details Filling: Candidates need to fill in their details after registration.
  • Documents Submission: Candidates need to submit their documents like mark sheets, photos, and identification proof.
  • Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the application fee as required by the institute.
  • Downloading Admit card: Admit cards would be released on the official website of the institute.
  • Results Declaration: Results will be declared after a few weeks of the examination on the official website.

 

BVSc: Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should have passed the 12th boards with PCB as core subjects and have scored a min of 50% scores.
  • Candidates should have qualified All India Pre-Veterinary Test (AIPVT) or any state-specific veterinary test.

 

BVSc Course- Entrance Exam

There are some famous entrance exams for veterinary exams to get admission in Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry:

  • Veterinary Council of India conducts All India Common Entrance Examination for admission in B.V.Sc & A.H. The exam duration will of 3.5 hours long.
  • NEET examination has replaced the All India Pre- Veterinary Test from 2018. Candidates can take admission in B.V.Sc & A.H. through 15% of all India Quota seats after clearing the NEET examination.
