Punjab Veterinary Inspector Recruitment 2026 – Overview

Punjab Veterinary Inspector Vacancy 2026: Category Wise

Written Examination

The exam will be held in two parts:

• Part A: Punjabi Language (Matric Level) – Qualifying Nature

The PSSSB Veterinary Inspector post for 2026 is governed by the 7th Pay Commission under Pay Level-5, offering an initial basic salary of Rs. 29,200 per month. Following the completion of the probation period, candidates become eligible for additional government allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA), which significantly increase the in-hand salary. The overall pay scale for this position ranges from Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300.
