PSSSB Assistant District Attorney Exam Pattern 2026

The selection process for the post of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) is conducted as an Objective-type Test. Each question will carry 1 mark, and 1/4 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Merit List of the candidates will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written examination.

  • Dration- 2 hours
  • Negative Marking- 0.25 mark deducted per wrong answer

What happens if more than one candidates get the same marks in the Written Examination?

If two candidates get the same written exam marks, the older candidate will be ranked higher. If age is also the same, then a higher educational qualification percentage will be considered. If that is also equal, then Matriculation (10th) marks will be used to decide merit.

How many candidates will be called for counselling?

The number of candidates to be called for counselling will be decided by the Board or the competent authority/officer of the Board, keeping in view the number of category-wise vacancies.
