Eligibility Criteria for Assistant District Attorney

- Education Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) of a recognized university or institution or who are Barristers of England or Ireland or an member of Faculty of Advocates of Scotland and are eligible for being enrolled as an Advocate under Advocates Act 1961 and who have two years experience of Practice at the bar.
- Punjabi Language Eligibility: Candidates who passed 10th with Punjabi as a compulsory subject.
- Age Limit– The candidate’s age should between 18 to 42 years( As on 01/01/2026)
