Eligibility Criteria for Assistant District Attorney
The eligibility criteria for the PSSSB ADA Recruitment 2026 have been released along with a detailed notification by PSSSB. We have provided the detailed eligibility criteria below
- Education Qualification: Candidates must have an LLB (Law) degree from a recognised university, or be a Barrister (England/Ireland) or a member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland. They should also be eligible to enrol as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 and have at least two years of practice experience at the bar.
- Punjabi Language Eligibility: Candidates who passed 10th with Punjabi as a compulsory subject.
- Age Limit– The candidate’s age should be between 18 and 42 years( As on 01/01/2026)
