The All India Institute of Medical Sciences has officially released the AIIMS CRE Exam Date 2025 along with the entire exam schedule on its website, aiimsexams.ac.in. AIIMS CRE Admit Card & Important Instructions
The AIIMS CRE Admit Card 2025 will be available from 19 December on the official exams website of AIIMS, aiimsexams.ac.in. Candidates appearing for the AIIMS CRE-4 must carefully follow the important instructions issued by AIIMS to avoid any last-minute issues on the exam day.
- Separate question papers will be conducted for each group. However, a maximum of two group CBTs may be held in one shift as per the scheme of examination.
- Candidates who have applied for more than one group will be required to appear in multiple shifts on different days.
- Separate admit cards will be issued for each shift. Candidates must carry the admit card of the respective shift along with a valid original photo identity proof to the examination centre.
- No hard copy of the admit card will be sent by post. Candidates must download it from the official AIIMS examination portal using their login credentials.
- Candidates are advised to print two copies of the admit card for each shift—one copy for entry to the examination hall and the other for future reference in case of selection.
