What is SBI PO Psychometric Test 2025?
The SBI PO Psychometric Test is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s attitude, thinking style, and response to different workplace scenarios. The test includes questionnaires, situational judgment tests, and personality assessments. The test is conducted online and the total duration is 90 minutes. It is mandatory to appear for the test, because only then, candidates can proceed to Group Exercise (20 Marks) and Interview (30 Marks). This is only qualifying in nature and it is non-eliminatory, which means performance in this test will not be used for shortlisting but its tests will be provided to Interview panelists.
SBI PO Psychometric Test 2025 Date
The SBI PO 2025 Examination for 600 Probationary Officer vacancy, consists of 3 stages: Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Before the interview is conducted, candidates have to appear for Psychometric test, so that their full report can be presented to the panelists who will be taking the interview. This will help in understanding overall personality of the candidates. This year, those qualified Mains, are required to appear for Psychometric Test now, which is scheduled on 31st May 2025.

What Does The Psychometric Analysis Includes?
SBI conducts this test to assess the personality of any SBI PO aspirant deeply. Sometimes a mere interaction of 30-40 minutes is not enough. So, to get a thorough picture, SBI calls for this test prior to Interview. It is advised that the candidates answer the questions honestly and do not try to tamper your responses.
