Work Experience:
For the Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’) post at IDBI Bank, candidates must have at least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in a Scheduled Public Sector Bank, Private Sector Bank, Cooperative Bank, or Regional Rural Bank. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in branch banking, operations, retail assets, credit, sales, or handling third-party products.

The online test will consist of four sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. The total exam duration will be 2 hours, with sectional timing for each part. IDBI Bank Salary 2026
Candidates selected for the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) position at IDBI Bank will first complete a 6-month training programme, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000. After the training period, candidates will undergo a 2-month internship and will be paid Rs 15,000 per month.
Upon completing the probation period, they will be appointed as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’). The annual salary package for this role ranges between Rs 6.14 lakh and Rs 6.50 lakh per year. For the Assistant Manager post, the initial basic salary is Rs 48,480 per month, with a pay scale of Rs 48,480 – 2000(7) – 62,480 – 2340(2) – 67,160 – 2680(7) – 85,920 over 17 years
