IOCL Non-Executive 2024 Selection Process

Candidates have to clear various stages to be finally inducted into IOCL. The selection methodology will comprise of a Computer-based test followed by a skill/proficiency/ Physical test. The skill/ Proficiency/ Physical test will be qualifying in nature. The Computer based test will consist of two papers containing 100 questions carrying 1 Mark each and the time allotted for completing the CBT Test will be 120 Minutes. IOCL 2024 Salary

Candidates selected at IOCL for non-executive posts will receive a handsome salary ranging between Rs 25,000- Rs 1,05,000 Per Month.
