While interacting with the media, Ms. Neena Shrivastava, Secretary, UP Board the candidates now have this final opportunity to appear for their practical exams which they earlier missed due to any given reasons. All these students will have to report directly to the District School Inspectors and then attend the examinations at the Rajkiya Inter Colleges in their respective cities. The number of centers has been limited due to the pending threat of the Coronavirus infection. Students and the staff members will have to strictly follow the social distancing norms as well as sue face masks and sanitizers while appearing for their practical exams. 

UP Board 12th Practical Exams: Order From The High Court

As many candidates had missed their practical examinations, it became difficult for the board to give them final marks. After the intervention from the High Court, the UP Board ha snow decided to give the students one more chance to appear for the practical exams. Thereafter, their scores will be added to their theory score and then the final UP Board 12th Result 2020 will be declared by the board. UP Board 12th Result 2020: Final Date For The Result Not Declared

While there are speculations that the UP Board 12th Result 2020 will be declared by the end of June, no dates have yet been confirmed by the board. As per reports, the evaluation process has been almost completed by the board and only the marks for the practical exams are being awaited. Once, these marks are uploaded, the final UP Board 12th Result 2020 will be declared by the board. Candidates are advised to refer to the official website of the board for any information and refrain from relying on the reports doing rounds in the social media.

 

 

UP Board Answer Sheet Evaluation: The nationwide lockdown has resulted in a significant delay in the declaration of results for the class 10th and class 12th students under the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh. As the lockdown has been extended several times, the process of answer sheet evaluation suffered huge setbacks. While the evaluation of answer sheets for class 10th and 12th students started in 56 districts in the Green Zone and Orange Zone areas in the first week of May 2020, the process for evaluation of answer sheets in the Red Zone districts was not started till now.

Finally, there has been a significant announcement by the UP government, wherein it has been revealed that the evaluation process for class 10th and class 12th answer sheets will start in 19 districts present in the red zone in the state. But the evaluation process in these 19 districts will be started only in the centres that are present outside the localities marked as a containment zone by the respective district administration. The same was conveyed to the Secretary of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad as well as the respective district commissioners by Ms Anuradha Shukla, Principal Secretary of the education department of the UP Government through a letter. The letter further added that “However, the evaluation will be skipped in centres that come under red zones. UP Board Answer Sheet Evaluation: Detailed Guidelines

As per a letter issued by the Secretary of the UP Board, District Inspector of Schools in the districts has been asked to identify the schools in the respective districts present in areas marked as containment zones and then shift these centres to other schools. Moreover, the District Inspector of Schools have also been asked to prepare a proposal regarding the same and then get it verified through the respective district magistrates and then submit the proposal to the board.

The evaluation process in the state was halted on March 18, 2020, due to the increasing spread of the Coronavirus pandemic. As a result, the boards plan to declare the results by April 24 received a hit, and it kept on getting delayed.

As per the latest reports, results for the examinations conducted for class 10th and 12th students will now be declared by the end of June. The evaluation process in the green zone has already commenced from 5th May 2020, but the evaluation process in the orange zone will commence from 12th May 2020. As per the statement from the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Dinesh Sharma the results for the high school and intermediate students will be declared by June end. 

 

Evaluation in Orange Zone Region To Begin Soon

As per the latest reports, the evaluation process for the answer sheets in the green zone has already commenced from 5th May 2020. But the evaluation process in the orange zone had not yet started. But now after the announcement from the Deputy Chief Minister, it is certain that the evaluation process for the answer sheets will commence from 12th May 2020 in the orange zone.

This will include all districts under the orange zone including the headquarters of UP Board in Prayagraj. But there is no clear indication regarding the commencement of the evaluation work in the red zone. It is being expected that the evaluation process in the red zone will only commence after the situation normalizes.

 

Extensive Arrangement Made For Timely Results

Understanding the importance of the timely declaration of the results, the UP Board has deployed more than 1.47 Lakh teachers to complete the evaluation work. As per reports, a total of 275 evaluation centres have been identified for evaluation for the answer sheets for class 10th and 12th students. As per the present estimates, the result shall be available for both the class 10th and 12th students by June end.

Exact dates have not been confirmed yet, but it is expected that in a few days’ time the exact dates for the declaration of results will indeed be confirmed. UP Board To Begin Evaluation Of Exam

The students from class 6th to 9th and class 11th have been promoted to the next class to ensure that the session proceeds normally. The UP Board examinations started from February 18 and were completed by March 6, 2020. The final results for the UP Board’s class 10th and 12th students were to be declared on April 24, 2020, but have now been delayed due to the lockdown.
