NEST 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following NEST 2023 Eligibility Criteria to Register.

  • Candidates must have qualified for the class 12 exams in 2021 or 2022 or be taking the exam in 2023 to be eligible to register for NEST 2023.
  • Candidates must have received at least 60% in their class 12 exams from a recognized board.
  • Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with a Science stream consisting of subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  • The age limit for SC, ST, and PWD candidates has been reduced by five years and Students in the reserved or OBC categories must be born on or before August 1, 2023.

How to Fill NEST 2023 Application Form

The process for filling out the NEST 2023 Application form online is as follows:

  • Access the NEST 2023 website @ NEST 2023 Registration.
  • Now, select just on the ‘New candidates’ registration link and fill out the online registration form to register.
  • Enter the registration form with the requested information as Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email Id, High School Roll Number, etc.
  • Then enter the captcha code and click ‘Register’.
  • Candidates will receive their application form user ID and password via SMS and email.
  • Log in to the website using your new registration and password, and fill out the application form.
  • The Application Form will include information such as personal, academic, mobile no, email id, exam center, and so on.
  • Candidates must now submit the necessary documents, such as a passport-sized photograph and signature.
  • Choose the payment gateways and finish the transaction. After paying the application fee, print the fee receipt and the completed Application form for ease of reference.
