NEET UG 2025 Results Date: The NEET 2025 UG results are expected to be announced on June 14, 2025 as per the official information booklet. Once released, the official site will provide links for accessing the Merit List. The official website allows candidates to check the NEET UG Result and the answer key. Candidates can access the NEET 2025 answer keys (official) for each set by visiting the NTA website, neet.nta.nic.in. In the next few days, both the candidate answer sheet and key will be available.
The NEET UG Merit List, which is based on NEET UG scores and the top candidates who qualify for AIQ seats (All India Quota), is prepared after results. The NEET 2025 Cut-off is different for each category, depending on the difficulty level, number and availability of seats. The minimum qualifying cut-off percentile for General candidates is 50 %, for SC/ST/OBC candidates 40 %, and for PwD applicants 45%. Candidates must attend counseling sessions after the results are announced to be admitted into MBBS and BDS courses, as well as AYUSH.

Once the NEET UG 2025 result is declared, candidates can download the scorecard by following the steps:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to neet.nta.nic.in.
- Locate the Result Link: On the homepage, find and click on the link labeled “NEET UG 2025 Scorecard” or “View Result”.
- Enter Required Details: Provide your application number, date of birth, and the security pin displayed on the screen.
- Submit Information: Click on the “Submit” button.
- View and Download Scorecard: Your NEET UG 2025 scorecard will appear. Review the details, then download and print it for future reference.
NEET 2025 Scorecard – What are the details to check?
The NEET scorecard 2025 includes percentiles in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, overall percentile scores, NEET total marks (out of 720), personal info of students, NEET All India Rank, and other details. Candidates can download their NEET UG results in scorecard form from the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The details on the scorecards include –
NEET UG Roll Number – Candidate’s roll number and application number.
Personal information – The details should include the candidate’s name, parents’ names, gender, date of birth, country, and category/sub-category.
Marks Percentile – Percentile gained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany, Zoology).
Total marks and percentile score NEET UG 2025: All India Rank, Qualifying Status, 15% AIQ Seats, and Cutoff Score.
Will NEET Result 2025 Date be Delayed?
Some petitions have been filed in various high courts due to inconvenience caused by students at specific exam centers. However, these are one or two single instances where exam process was disrupted due to technical errors. So, it is highly unlikely that the NEET result announcement date will be postponed for all candidates.
