Delhi University Sets Up CSAS Portal for 2025-26 to Fill 71,624 UG Seats

Delhi University launched its Common Seat Allocation System – CSAS Portal 2025 for undergraduate DU admissions for the academic year 2025-26. DU’s Dean of Academics, Haneet Gandhi, stated at a press conference that the DU UG Admission CSAS portal 2025 is now open for registration beginning June 17, 2025, for phase 1. 

“The varsity is offering 79 courses across its 69 colleges, with a total of 71,624 seats available for the upcoming academic session,” she informed us. In an effort to broaden career-oriented learning, the institution has extended admittance to a variety of skill-based courses through its Centre for Innovative Skill-based Courses (CISBC).

Delhi University UG Admission CSAS Portal 2025 Set Up

The Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) is the official counselling portal for Delhi University undergraduate admissions via CUET. All applicants who took the CUET UG 2025 exam and want to apply for DU admissions must register on the CSAS Portal UG 2025. It should be noted that all the undergraduate admissions at DU and its colleges will be held on the basis of the CUET 2025 Scores.

There are two parts to the undergraduate admissions process. The first part requires candidates to enter their personal information, Class 12 results, and CUET application number into the CSAS portal. The second phase will begin after the CUET results are announced, and students will be able to select their program and college preferences. Following the registration, the varsity will release stimulated as well as round wise seat allocation list on its official portal.

DU UG Admission 2025: CSAS Portal Opening date & Last date

The registration process has started on the CSAS portal starting from June 17, 2025. The CSAS Portal 2025 last date/closing date has not been disclosed yet. The complete schedule will soon be uploaded to the portal. Once it is made public, we will update the dates below.

DU CSAS Portal UG 2025 Apply Online

The CSAS portal acts as a single-window platform for students seeking admission to the university’s 69 institutions, which provide approximately 70,000 undergraduate seats. Students can now register for the CSAS portal by following the instructions outlined below

Step 1: Go to the official DU Admission CSAS UG portal: ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the tab ‘CSAS UG 2025’
Step 3: Enter the CUET 2025 login details: Application Number and Password
Step 4: Enter the personal details.
Step 5: Pay the CSAS UG 2025 application Fee and the registration fee is ₹250 for General/OBC/EWS candidates and ₹100 for SC/ST/PwBD applicants.
Step 5: Download the application form as well as the payment confirmation page for future reference.
