CLAT Second Merit List 2025 declared, Check NLU-wise 2nd Round Seat Allotment Result PDF

The Consortium of NLUs has finally released the CLAT Second Merit List 2025 for Round 2 counselling Today, June 02, 2025. All the students selected under the CLAT 2nd Merit List 2025 accept the allotted seats and upload their documents and pay the admission fee by the deadline, i.e, June 09, 2025 (1 pm). To download the CLAT 2nd Round Counseling results, you need to visit at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. to download the merit list PDF.

Aside from them, candidates who applied for a seat upgrade in the first round can still gain a seat (if desired) after the release of the CLAT 2025 counselling round 2 Seat allotment results. Such students who were allocated seats in the first round of CLAT counselling can pay the difference money (if any) before the deadline.

CLAT Second Merit List 2025 OUT

The CLAT Seat allotment is based on the recently released revised results and held in three rounds. The first merit list was declared on May 26, and now the CLAT 2nd seat allotment list has been released for all participating NLUs for the 5-year LLB programme.

Under the CLAT 2nd Merit List 2025, selected candidates should be aware that they can pay admission confirmation fees and choose to freeze or float for round 2 allotment between June 4, 2025, and June 9, 2025. The CLAT seat allotment 2025 is only provisional in nature; all applicants must complete all necessary criteria to complete the admission process.

The Consortium of NLUs posts the CLAT Counselling 2025 Second Round List on their official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in on June 4, 2025. After the second merit list is published, candidates must upload the relevant documents and pay the confirmation fee between June 4 and 9, 2025, to secure their allotted seats. Candidates can get the CLAT Counseling 2nd merit list 2025 PDF by following the instructions outlined below. The list will be made available in PDF format on the official website.

Step 1: Visit the Consortium of NLUs’ official website, www. consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on “CLAT 2025” available upper right corner.
Step 3: In the notification area, locate and click on the link to the CLAT 2025 second merit list for counselling.
Step 4: The NLU-wise second merit list for CLAT 2025 will appear on the screen in tabular format.
Step 5: No download the merit list of respective NLUs and check for your selection status.

CLAT 2025 Counselling Fees

The seat acceptance fee is required to participate in the Consortium of National Law Universities’ (NLUs) centralised counselling process. The CLAT 2025 counselling registration cost is arranged according to the candidate’s category:

  • General/OBC Category: INR 30,000.
  • SC/ST/OBC/BC/EWS/PWD Category: INR 20,000.

Can I get refund of Fee if not selected?

Yes. Applicants who are not assigned a seat throughout the counselling process will have their counselling Fee fully reimbursed. Refunds of the Fee will also be issued to those who were assigned seats but chose to leave the counselling after rejecting their allocation. Nonetheless, the amount returned will be reduced. In the case that candidates are found ineligible for admission, INR 5,000 would be deducted from their refund.
