CBSE Term1  Board Exams 2022: CBSE to use advanced data analytics

CBSE has decided to use advanced data analytics while conducting the board exams. This will ensure that the exams are conducted in a fair way and all the irregularities are reported. Any malicious activity suspected during the board exam duration will be detected using the data analytics. This will increase the level of reliability CBSE can have on the individual schools that are responsible for invigilating the first term board exams.

The data analytics will mainly be deployed at centres where the percentage of malpractises is high. This will help the Board to conduct the exams fairly and award marks which a student deserves.

CBSE Board Term 1 Exam: Admit Card & OMR Sheets

According to the board’s official statement, the first term exams will be held in an MCQ-only format and to mark their answers, students must fill in circles on the included OMR sheets.
The CBSE will give exam centres customised OMR sheets containing information about the candidates who are permitted to take the exam. Filling the OMR page with anything other than a blue or black ball tip pen is strictly forbidden. Students must mark all of the answers in the circle according to the question serial number, and then write the selected choice in the box provided, which will be considered final by the board.
Students will be given separate sheets for rough work, but they will only be allowed to bring a limited number of objects to the exam hall.
The board will provide OMR sheets to schools, and each OMR sheet will be customised.
The CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2022 Term 1 will be a 90-minute MCQ-based exam.
The CBSE has previously stated that the CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2022 Term-1 exam will have a maximum of 60 questions and students will be required to use a pen to fill out the OMR sheet. The CBSE has added an additional “box” and a distinct column to the OMR sheet for the CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2022 Term-1 exam. This was done so that applicants would not have to delete a mistake and would be able to indicate which questions they had skipped.
