RRB Group D Exam Date 2025 Out, Online CBT Exam Starts from 27 November

For the Railway Group D Exam 2025, more than 1,08,20,000 candidates have submitted their applications and are eagerly awaiting the exam date announcement. The RRB Group D Exam is scheduled from 27th November 2025 to 16th January 2026, with three shifts conducted daily. RRB Group D New Exam Date 2025 Out

With the new exam date now released, applicants must focus and strategise how to pass the test. Due to 1.08 crore applications received, RRB will conduct the CBT exam over a span of two months. The RRB Group D Exam is scheduled to be conducted over 32 days on the following dates: 27th, 28th November; 1st–5th, 8th–17th, 19th, 21st–24th, 26th, 29th, 30th December 2025; and 8th, 9th, 12th–16th January 2026.

The recruitment process consists of four stages: Computer-Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Candidates who clear the CBT will move on to the next stages. The official exam date notice is provided below.

Railway Group D Exam Schedule 2025

RRB has announced the complete exam schedule for the RRB Group D 2025 Exam, including new exam dates, city intimation. The city intimation slip has been scheduled to release 10 days before each exam date, and the E-Admit Card is available for download 4 days before the exam date mentioned.

RRB Group D Exam Shift Timing 2025

To manage the high number of applicants, the RRB Group D Exam will be held in three shifts daily. Find the reporting and exam timings for each shift below.

Shift 1

  • Reporting Time: 7:30 am
  • Gate Closure: 8:30 am
  • Exam Timings: 9:00 am to 10:30 am

Shift 2

  • Reporting Time: 11:15 am

RRB Group D Exam Pattern 2025

The RRB Group D Computer-Based Test will feature 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes. Candidates with PwBD using a scribe will have 120 minutes. Each wrong answer will attract a one-third negative marking.
