When is the RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Exam?
The CBT 2 will be held on 17 September 2026. Only those candidates who have qualified CBT 1 have been issued the city intimation slip and admit card and can appear for the exam. Candidates who clear CBT 2 will proceed to the CBAT/CBTST, depending on the post applied for, followed by Document Verification and Medical.
RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Exam Pattern
The exam comprises 120 questions for 120 marks, meaning each question carries 1 mark. You will have 90 minutes to finish the test, and there is negative marking of 1/3rd dedcuted for each incorrect answer.

A few simple checks can help candidates avoid unnecessary stress on exam day:
- Reach the examination centre well before the reporting time.
- Carry a printed copy of the e-call letter.
- Carry the original valid photo ID mentioned in the examination instructions.
- Do not carry prohibited electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or calculators.
- Check the examination centre address in advance.
