As per the latest exam schedule, the SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam 2026 will be conducted from 30 November to 31 December 2026 in Computer-Based Examination (CBE) mode. SSC CHSL City Intimation Slip 2026

The city intimation slip tells you the exam city allotted to you, so you can plan travel and stay in advance. It is not an entry document. SSC has not announced the release date for the CHSL city slip yet, but it will be released 7-8 days before exam date.

For reference, in SSC CGL 2026, the city slip came out on 22 September, about a week before the exam began on 30 September. You can download the slip using the following steps:

  2. Log in with your registration number and password.
  3. Open the SSC CHSL 2026 section.
  4. Click the City Intimation Slip link.
  5. Check your exam city and date, then download and save the slip.

SSC CHSL Admit Card 2026

The admit card is the document that allows you to enter the exam hall. It will be released 2-3 days before the exam date. Once released, the hall ticket can be downloaded by following the same steps as city intimation slip mentioned above.

How to Use the Time Left?

Candidates get roughly two months before the exam begins. Follow these tips to utilise this time:

  • Apply Before 7th October 2026: The online application process is currently active, so apply before the deadline.
  • Finish the syllabus first. Cover all four areas (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness) before you start full-length mocks.
