The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the RRB NTPC Final Result 2026 for Category 4 and Category 5 posts under CEN No. 05/2024 (Graduate Level). Along with the result, RRB has also released the cut-off marks, merit list, and the list of additional candidates selected for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.
Candidates who appeared in the CBT 2 and Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) can now check their results and download the region-wise result PDF from the official RRB websites.
The final result has been prepared based on candidates’ CBT 2 marks and their qualifying status in the CBTST, wherever required. Candidates whose names appear in the result will now have to attend the Document Verification and Medical Examination stages.
RRB NTPC Final Result 2026 Out
Candidates who appeared for the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment can now check their final selection status as the Railway Recruitment Board has declared the results for Category 4 and Category 5 posts.
The selection has been made based on candidates’ CBT 2 performance and their qualifying status in the Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST), wherever applicable.
According to the official notice, 31 additional candidates have been shortlisted for all posts, including Category 4 and Category 5, in continuation of the previously published results for Categories 1, 2, and 3. The shortlisted roll numbers have been published in ascending order and not according to merit.

What Happens After the RRB NTPC Final Result 2026?
Candidates shortlisted in the final result will be called for:
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination at designated Railway Hospitals
- Final appointment based on merit, post preference, medical fitness, and available vacancies
Candidates must carry all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies during the Document Verification process. They will also be required to upload scanned copies of their documents before DV as per the official instructions.
