Aspirants with LASIK Surgery
As per the latest notice released by the Railway Recruitment Board on September 3rd, 2024, individuals with LASIK or any other kind of surgery can also apply for the RRB Nursing Superintendent Recruitment 2025. But, they will be considered only if they meet the requirements:
- Aspirants must not be experiencing any complications from the LASIK surgery.
- The surgery must have been performed at least one year prior, with a medical certificate from the specialist who performed the surgery.
- The candidate’s residual corneal thickness after LASIK must not be less than 425 microns.
- The visual acuity of the aspirants must meet the standards mentioned in Para 512(1)(A) of the IRMM, Vol. I, Third Edition 2000.
