SBI Clerk Vs IBPS Clerk Vacancy 2026
The SBI 2026 detailed advertisement lists 7,680 regular vacancies and 1,444 backlog vacancies, making 9,124 vacancies in its official notification. The IBPS CRP CSA-XVI notification provides indicative State/UT-wise and category-wise vacancies for recruitment in participating public sector banks. SBI Clerk Vs IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern
The biggest practical difference between the two exams is the Mains examination structure and time available. SBI Clerk Mains gives candidates 160 minutes for 190 questions, while IBPS Clerk Mains provides 125 minutes for 160 questions. Therefore, time management remains critical in both exams.
The structure also differs. SBI combines Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude, whereas IBPS has Reasoning Ability as a separate section. SBI also gives more time to Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning/Computer Aptitude.
