PNB LBO Eligibility Criteria 2025
The eligibility criteria include nationality, age limit, educational qualification, and work experience.
Nationality:
Applicants must be Indian citizens or fall under specific eligible categories such as subjects of Nepal/Bhutan, Tibetan refugees (before 1st January 1962), or persons of Indian origin from certain countries with eligibility certificates issued by the Government of India.

Educational Qualification (As on 23/11/2025)
Candidates must hold a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution approved by the Government of India. The degree and mark sheet must be valid on the date of registration.
Local Language Proficiency:
Applicants should be able to read, write, and speak the local language of the state they are applying for.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of post-qualification work experience is required in a Clerical or Officer cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank. Candidates may also receive up to two advance increments based on their previous officer-level experience.

Handwritten declaration format:
Candidates have to submit a scanned copy of their handwritten declaration with text: “I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
PNB LBO Application Fee
The application fee for the Punjab National Bank recruitment is non-refundable. The details are as follows:
- SC/ST/PwBD category candidates: Rs. 50 + 18% GST = Rs. 59 (only postage charges)
- All other candidates: Rs. 1000 + 18% GST = Rs. 1180
Candidates must bear the bank transaction charges for online fee payment. The fee, once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted against any other examination or selection process under any circumstances.

PNB LBO Salary 2025
The PNB LBO Salary 2025 is paid under the JMGS-I pay scale of Rs. 48,480- 2,000/7-62,480-2,340/2-67,160-2,680/7-85,920. Along with the basic pay, selected candidates will receive various allowances and benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Leased Accommodation, City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Medical Insurance, Leave Fare Concession, and Retirement Benefits as per bank rules.
