Haryana Medical Officer Eligibility Criteria 2025-26

Age Limit

- citizen of India; or
- citizen of Nepal; or
- subject of Bhutan; or
- Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India;or
- person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, SriLanka, EastAfrican countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia with the in tention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b),(c),(d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Educational Qualfication
- Graduate in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University or any other University or Institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India); and.
- Permanent Registered as Medical Practitioner with National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India) or any other State Medical Council in Indian Union; and .
- Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standared or higher education. Preference shall be given to candidates having MD/MS degree/PG diploma approved by NMC (erstwhile Medical Council of India).
