The SBI PO 2025 Examination, held to fill 541 Probationary Officer vacancies, comprises three stages — Prelims, Mains, and Interview. Before the interview round, candidates are required to appear for the Psychometric Test, which provides a detailed personality report to help the interview panel evaluate each candidate holistically. This year, candidates who have qualified in the Mains Exam must attend the Psychometric Test, which is scheduled to be held on 19th November 2025.

What is SBI PO Psychometric Test 2025?

The SBI PO Psychometric Test is designed to assess a candidate’s attitude, thinking style, and reactions to various workplace scenarios. It comprises questionnaires, situational judgment tests, and personality assessments. Conducted online, the test has a duration of 90 minutes.

Attending the SBI PO Psychometric Test is compulsory, as only those who complete it will be allowed to participate in the Group Exercise (20 marks) and Interview (30 marks) rounds. This test is qualifying in nature and does not affect shortlisting. However, the results are shared with the interview panel to help them evaluate the candidate’s overall personality and suitability for the Probationary Officer role.
