Step 1: Visit the official website uppsc.up.nic.in and click on “Apply Online” and select the post “Assistant Town Planner (Special Recruitment) Examination 2025”.
Step 3: Register for One Time Registration (OTR) at otr.pariksha.nic. If not already registered, 72 hours before the submission of the online application.
