NPCIL Executive Trainee Job Profile
Nuclear Power Corporation India Ltd has a very positive and enthusiastic work environment with tremendous opportunities for career growth. NPCIL Executive Trainee during the training period will be given the training at several training facilities of NPCIL, as given below:
- Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor (PHWR) Stream
- Light Water Reactor (LWR) Stream
After Completion of training, the candidate will be posted as a scientific officer in any DAE Establishment in any location in India. NPCIL ET can be posted at the Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor (PHWR) Stream, Light Water Reactor (LWR) Stream, R&D, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Quality Assurance, etc units.
NPCIL Executive Trainee Bond
NPCIL Executive Trainee selected candidates must sign a service bond after selection. Candidates must submit a personal indemnity bond of Rs. 9,18,000. They also need to commit to working with NPCIL for at least three years after completing their training. No third-party guarantor is needed for this bond. The total bond amount includes a 12-month stipend of Rs. 74,000 per month and a one-time book allowance of Rs. 30,000. This rule ensures commitment from candidates and helps NPCIL recover training costs and maintain a stable workforce.
