IOCL Recruitment 2021: Minimum Marks in Qualifying Degree
Candidates applying for IOCL Recruitment 2021 need to have atleast the required minimum marks in their qualifying degree as mentioned below.

IOCL Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
- Candidates Qualifying in GATE 2021 will be applying for IOCL Recruitment 2021
- Depending on the Cutoff Criteria set by IOCL a merit will be prepared calling candidates for further processes. Further Processes consists of: GD/GD and Personal Interview.
- Finally a merit will be created considering the performance in all the IOCL Selection Process and selected candidates will be called for Medical Examination before final Selection.
IOCL Recruitment 2021: Salary
There selected candidates in IOCL Recruitment 2021 will get a basic pay of Rs 50,000/- in the pay range of 50,000/- to 1,60,000/-.
In addition, the selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances, according to the rules of the Corporation in force, and as amended from time to time.
IOCL Recruitment 2021: Apply Online
- The relevant link to apply ONLINE shall be available on the Indian Oil’s website www.iocl.com Candidates should click on the ONLINE application link, read the instructions carefully and fill-in the ONLINE application form giving correct and complete information.
- Candidate should have following documents ready for uploading on the ONLINE portal during registration:
Scanned copy of Recent Color Passport Size Photograph, not older than 6 months.
Scanned copy of Signature
Aadhar Card - Prior to applying ONLINE, Candidate would be required to register their email id and mobile number on the online portal. Therefore, they must have a valid email id and mobile number, both of which should remain active for minimum 01 year from the date of registration. Communications to the candidates to apprise them about various stages of recruitment process shall be sent on their registered email id and/or mobile number.
- Post registration of email id and mobile number, Request for change of Mobile number and e-mail ID will not be entertained.
- During registration process, initially Candidate need to enter his/her GATE 2021 registration number, Discipline of GATE 2021 and marks obtained by them in GATE 2021 (Out of 100, up to two places of decimal). The portal will verify the entries made from the database and allow the candidate to proceed further for registration only in case the entries are correct, and candidate has qualified in the GATE 2021 examination.
