GMDC ICEM Educational Qualification

• Executive/ Sr. Executive F & A: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field with basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Tally / ERP. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Training & Development: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Management (HR preferred), Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline. 6-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Talent Development roles.
• Sr. Executive / AM – New Technology Identifications: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (in engineering or other technical discipline is preferred). 2-5 years of experience in research, consulting, innovation, or technology-related roles.
• Sr. Executive / AM New Technology Adoption: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (in engineering or other technical discipline is preferred). 2-5 years of experience in operations, project execution, technology deployment, or industrial environments.
• Sr. Executive / AM, Supervisor (Pilot scale mineral processing plant): Bachelor’s degree / diploma in engineering (in Chemical, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Material Science preferred). 03 – 05 years of relevant experience in Mineral Processing / Beneficiation / Hydrometallurgical Plants with hands-on exposure to plant operations, process monitoring, troubleshooting, shift supervision, and safety compliance.
• Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Electrical Engineering: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering. 5-7 years of experience in utilities management, facility operations, or industrial maintenance.
• Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Estate Management: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (in facility / Infrastructure Management preferred). 5 – 8 years of experience in estate management, facility operations, or campus administration.
