DRDO DIBER Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2025

Defense Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER), a unit under Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS) of DRDO has stated that only regular candidates who have freshly completed their educational qualification in 2024 or 2025 are eligible to apply. Candidates who have previously undergone apprenticeship training or possess job experience of one year or more in any organization will not be considered eligible for this apprenticeship opportunity.

DRDO DIBER Apprentice Selection Process

DRDO DIBER Apprenticeship 2025 selection process will be conducted in two stages.

1. Shortlisting based on Merit:
   Candidates will be shortlisted purely on the basis of marks obtained in their essential qualification. No written test or interview will be conducted.

2. Document Verification:
   Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification, where they must produce original and self-attested copies of required documents such as Aadhar Card, Bank Passbook, Caste Certificate, PWD Certificate (if applicable), Marksheets of all semesters, and Passing Certificate.

DRDO DIBER Apprentice Salary

The stipend details for apprentices at the Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER), a cell of the Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), will be provided as per the Government norms under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules, 2025. The stipend will be paid for a period of 12 months and the exact amount will be notified later. The stipend is paid on monthly basis to help apprentices manage their expenses as a acknowledgment of their efforts and skills they contribute to DRDO’s research and development initiatives.
