Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released a recruitment drive to fill a total of 911 positions for the role of Work Inspector and Pump Operations across various divisions. BTSC Work Inspector & Pump Operator Application 2026 Reopened
Bihar Technical Service Commission received complaints via email from applicants who had recently applied for Work Inspector (Mechanical) & Pump Operator posts. The old application window was active from 12th December 2025 to 12th January 2026. The BTSC has allowed the applicants to reapply for advt 31/2025 & 32/2025 as per the latest notice released on 27th January 2026. BTSC has also informed that only those application forms/certificates will be accepted in hard copy that have been received on or before 12th January 2026.

BTSC Work Inspector & Pump Operator Online Application Form 2026
Bihar Technical Service Commission has reactivated the application links for the posts of Pump Operator and Work Inspector. Following complaints raised by candidates who faced difficulties while applying on the official web portal, the application process required submission of the online application form, followed by offline submission of the hard copy by 12 January 2026 through post to the main office.
