The selection process for BSNL Senior Executive Trainee (SET) Recruitment 2026 is designed to assess candidates’ aptitude, technical knowledge, and overall suitability for the role. The process mainly focuses on performance in the computer-based examination, followed by mandatory verification stages.

• Computer-Based Online Test (CBT): A multiple-choice objective test consisting of aptitude and technical subject questions. Marks may be normalised if the exam is conducted in multiple sessions.

• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification as per the schedule notified by BSNL.

• Bond and Probation: Selected candidates must sign a ₹9 Lakhs service bond for 5 years, then they will enter a two-year probation period, which includes a structured 52-week training program. If you leave before this period, you will be required to pay the bond amount.
