BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Selection Process

The selection process of BSNL Recruitment includes these 5 stages, which are given below:

• Computer-Based Online Test (CBT): A multiple-choice objective test consisting of aptitude and technical subject questions. Marks may be normalised if the exam is conducted in multiple sessions.
• Merit List: Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification as per the schedule notified by BSNL.
• Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to clearing the medical examination as per BSNL medical standards.
• Bond and Probation: Selected candidates must sign a ₹9 Lakhs service bond for 5 years, then they will enter a two-year probation period, which includes a structured 52-week training program. If you leave before this period, you will be required to pay the bond amount.
